Senior system engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements functional specifications and user stories
• Design and execute test cases test scenarios and test scripts for Salesforce applications
• Perform Functional Regression Integration System and User Acceptance Testing UAT
• Validate Salesforce configurations customizations workflows approval processes and security settings
• Test Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Conduct API and integration testing between Salesforce and third party applications
• Perform database validation and data migration testing
• Log track and manage defects through resolution
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
• Prepare test execution reports and provide quality metrics
