Title: Senior System Engineer O365 & Intune
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endpoint lifecycle across macOS, Windows, and iOS using Microsoft Intune and JAMF Pro (or Kandji).
- Own administration of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive & Okta.
- Design and implement endpoint security policies, including Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, compliance baselines, device encryption, and app protection.
- Ensure tight integration and compliance across identity, endpoint, and security tools using Intune, JAMF, and Microsoft Purview.
- Support Zero Trust architecture initiatives through strong control over identity, device, and application access.
- Manage device enrolment workflows (e.g., DEP, ABM), automated provisioning, patching, and software distribution across platforms.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure platform stability, performance, and regulatory adherence.
- Troubleshoot complex cross-platform issues, lead root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in endpoint management best practices and tool usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and endpoint administration.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Microsoft Intune (Windows/macOS/iOS management)
- JAMF Pro or Kandji (macOS and iOS)
- Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
- Solid understanding of macOS and Windows internals.
- Experience managing hybrid environments with a security-first approach.
Preferred Certifications:
- JAMF Certified Admin/Expert or Kandji equivalent
Microsoft Certifications such as:
- MS-100, MS-101
- MS-500 (Security Admin Associate)
- MD-102 / Endpoint Admin Associate
- AZ-104 or equivalent
