We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer with 38 years of experience in ETL processes, SQL development, and Snowflake data warehousing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations of data pipelines and production systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or equivalent)
- Provide L2/L3 production support for ETL workflows, SQL queries, and Snowflake-based data pipelines..
- Monitor scheduled jobs, identify failures, and perform root cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot performance issues in SQL queries and ETL processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across production systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy fixes, enhancements, and patches.
- Automate recurring support tasks using scripts or scheduling tools.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
