Hiring: Senior / Lead Systems Engineer Middleware (DTS Division)
We're looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Systems Engineer to design, implement, and manage highavailability middleware ecosystems across Cloud & OnPrem environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy & manage Red Hat AMQ / Apache Artemis messaging platforms (clustering, routing, HA, failover).
- Configure & maintain Apache Kafka clusters with strong HA & replication strategies.
- Implement strong security controls TLS/SSL, JAAS, RBAC, authentication/authorization, identity integrations.
- Troubleshoot messaging issues: connection failures, consumer lag, DLQ handling & persistence problems.
- Performance tuning for brokers, storage, connection pooling & producer/consumer optimization.
- Administer JBoss EAP, WildFly, Apache Tomcat and support enterprise integration patterns.
- Install, configure, patch & tune middleware across Linux/Unix environments.
- Develop documentation, SOPs & monitoring strategies.
- Provide middleware security expertise: threat mitigation & vulnerability analysis.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for incident resolution & service improvements.
- Automate operations using Shell, Perl, Python scripting.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years experience in Systems/Middleware Engineering
- Strong expertise in Red Hat AMQ / Apache Artemis / Kafka
- Good understanding of RHEL & Windows administration
- Experience with JBoss EAP / Apache Tomcat (advantage)
- Exposure to Azure / AWS cloud environments (good to have)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools: Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes (good to have)
