Job Description

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing and designing systems to enhance business processes and drive efficiency. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

Analyze and design complex systems to meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Develop and maintain system documentation including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
Lead system testing and validation processes to ensure quality and performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve system capabilities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-12 years of experience in system analysis or a related area.
Proficiency in system design methodologies and tools.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Experience with data modeling, database design, and SQL.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
