Senior System Administrator

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Senior System Administrator. The role involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, monitoring system performance, ensuring the security of networks and data, and providing technical support. Regular responsibilities include configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting system and network issues, implementing backups, responding to incidents, and optimizing IT operations to ensure seamless functionality in a healthcare environment.

• Proficiency in System Administration, including server setup, configuration, and management
• Experience with Network Management, encompassing LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, and other network devices
• Competence in Security Protocols, including implementing firewalls, backups, and system protection measures
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Maintenance, ensuring hardware and software updates, and maintaining high availability
• Skills in Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution for system and network performance problems
• Ability to document procedures and communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA SysAdmin, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar are beneficial
• Experience in the healthcare domain is considered a plus
