We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our team in India, focusing on providing exceptional technical support for our Privy products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to Privy products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems in a multi-platform environment.
- Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and advocate for improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to support processes and technical solutions.
- Train and mentor junior support engineers in best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in web applications and services.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
