Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our team in India, focusing on providing exceptional technical support for our Privy products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to Privy products.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems in a multi-platform environment.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and advocate for improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to support processes and technical solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior support engineers in best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in web applications and services.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
