Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad 1st shift: 7am to 4pm and 2nd shift: 2pm - 11pm
Domain: Healthcare (Radiology / Cardiology/ Ancillary Preferred)

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot moderate imaging workflow issues (delayed transfers, modality integration).Investigate server/storage alerts and perform corrective actions.Manage firewall rule monitoring and escalate suspicious traffic.Analyze VMware/ESXi host performance and resolve VM resource conflicts.Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware diagnostics.Ensure batch jobs and backups run successfully, re-initiate failed processes.Mentor junior Team Member.SkillsIntermediate expertise in DICOM, HL7, imaging informatics.Strong knowledge of AD, VMware/ESXi, and storage systems.Root cause analysis and ITIL incident/problem management.Qualifications BE in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or Biomedical Engineering (BME)MSc in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or Biomedical EngineeringCertificationsCCNA, ITIL, VMware, Cloud FoundationJob Title: Senior - Level 2 Helpdesk (Tech/Ops Support)Experience: 5-8 YearsGrade : E3Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad 1st shift: 7am to 4pm and 2nd shift: 2pm - 11pmDomain: Healthcare (Radiology / Cardiology/ Ancillary Preferred) ResponsibilitiesOversee 24x7 monitoring across imaging, storage, server, and network infrastructure.Manage escalations and coordinate with Level 3/vendor support.Ensure disaster recovery readiness and compliance with HIPAA/security policies.Develop SOPs for incident handling, escalation, and preventive maintenance.Provide performance reports and recommend infrastructure upgrades.SkillsDeep expertise in imaging informatics, VMware/ESXi, AD, and enterprise storage.Leadership in high-pressure environments.Experience with enterprise monitoring solutions (Splunk, SCOM, SolarWinds).Strategic alignment of IT operations with patient safety and clinical outcomes.
