Job Title: Front-End Engineer (Angular Specialist)
Experience Level: 5–7 Years
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in modern Angular frameworks and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building complex, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality code in an Agile environment. This role requires strong technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and experience in healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using Angular (v18+), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Angular Material, and PrimeNG.
- Implement unit tests and ensure code quality through robust testing practices.
- Integrate and consume REST APIs, including handling authentication and authorization using MASL js or similar frameworks.
- Design and implement dynamic forms, interactive components, and complex UI elements with lazy loading and caching strategies.
- Apply UX principles and leverage common UX controls to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.
- Translate business requirements into reusable components and responsive designs.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts (BA), Product Owners (PO), and QA teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
- Utilize Git and Azure DevOps (ADO) for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Work effectively in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug, optimize, and enhance existing codebases for performance and maintainability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and data security requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Expert-level proficiency in:
- Angular (v18+)
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Angular Material
- PrimeNG
- Node.js and npm
- Strong experience with:
- Unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma)
- RESTful APIs integration
- Authentication/Authorization (MASL js or similar)
- Dynamic forms, interactive components, and complex UI design
- Lazy loading, caching, and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
- Hands-on experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to debug and enhance existing code efficiently.
- Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with micro frontends or modular architecture.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
