Job Profile :- Azure Cloud Operations / DevOps Support Engineer

Responsibilities
- Operate, support, and maintain Azure cloud environments across development, staging, and production
- Troubleshoot connectivity and access issues involving: Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, NSGs, route tables, private endpoints, Application Gateway, Azure Front Door and WAF
- Azure Web Apps, App Services, and related PaaS components
- Azure PaaS databases, storage accounts, and service dependencies
- Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actio
- Monitor platform health, availability, and performance using Azure monitoring tools
- Support and improve operational processes for cloud environments (support, monitoring, recovery, and change management)
- Assist with configuration and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates
- Support CI/CD pipelines from an operational perspective (troubleshooting deployments, access, permissions, failures)
- Collaborate with applications, network, and security teams to resolve platform and service issues
- Follow and help improve cloud governance, security, and operational best practices in Azure
Additional / Nice to Have
- Azure certification (AZ-104, AZ-305, or similar)
- Experience with incident management processes and on-call support models
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and troubleshooting deployment pipelines
- Experience supporting multi-subscription Azure environments
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Understanding of cloud security concepts, identity, and access management
- Basic familiarity with AWS or GCP
