Senior Supply Chain Planner

Compensation: Upto80k per month

We are looking for a dynamic Supply Planning professional for a 6-month contractual assignment to manage end-to-end supply planning across manufacturing plants, third-party manufacturers (3PMs), and the national distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, production capacities and business requirements.
• Manage production planning across in-house manufacturing units and third-party manufacturers.
• Drive RM/PM planning, procurement coordination and material availability through MRP and BOM.
• Monitor inventory levels across plants, 3PMs and depots, ensuring optimum stock levels and minimal ageing.
• Plan finished goods replenishment and coordinate dispatches to ensure product availability across distribution channels.
• Coordinate supply chain activities for new product launches and packaging changes.
• Track key supply chain metrics, including production adherence, inventory, OTIF and product availability.
• Prepare MIS, dashboards and reports using SAP and MS Excel, and drive process improvements.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory management and distribution planning.
• Experience managing third-party manufacturers and multiple manufacturing locations.
• Working knowledge of MRP, BOM, SAP MM/PP and advanced MS Excel.
• SAP Business One knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
