Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Supply Chain Manager located in Kolkata. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. Key responsibilities include forecasting supply needs, ensuring timely procurement of resources, coordinating with vendors, monitoring inventory levels, streamlining processes, and analyzing data to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and financial goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Demand Planning and ability to forecast supply chain needs
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive strategic decisions
- Experience in Supply Management and Procurement processes
- Expertise in Inventory Management, including techniques for optimizing stock levels
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools is advantageous
- Educational background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the telecom or infrastructure sector is an asset
