We are seeking a
Senior Supply Chain Engineer to lead strategic supply chain optimization initiatives and drive deep engineering integration across the end-to-end supply chain. You will act as a subject matter expert and change agent, mentoring junior engineers while delivering high-impact projects that significantly improve cost, speed, quality, and resilience.
This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with leadership, manufacturing, procurement, and digital transformation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, redesign, and continuous improvement of complex supply chain processes using advanced engineering principles.
- Drive large-scale integration of engineering and supply chain systems ( ERP , MES , PLM , TMS , WMS , IoT platforms ).
- Identify and eliminate systemic inefficiencies through value stream mapping, simulation modeling, and network optimization.
- Champion Lean-Six Sigma , Theory of Constraints, and Digital Twin initiatives across multiple sites or business units.
- Lead cross-functional projects to reduce total landed cost, improve service levels, and build supply chain resilience.
- Conduct advanced data analytics and build predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and risk management.
- Mentor and guide Supply Chain Engineers and Analysts on best practices and technical problem-solving.
- Support global/new product introduction (NPI) programs with Design for Supply Chain (DFSC) and manufacturability inputs.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies ( AI/ML , Automation , Blockchain , Robotics ) in supply chain operations.
- Define and track KPIs, prepare executive dashboards, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
