Role Description The Senior Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Denkanikota. This role oversees daily hatchery and production floor activities, including monitoring operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and biosecurity standards. The Senior Supervisor guides and supports team members, assigns tasks, and checks performance to maintain smooth workflow and output targets. Responsibilities include tracking production metrics, reporting issues, implementing process improvements, and supporting compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves close collaboration with management, maintenance, and logistics teams to achieve operational goals and timely deliveries.
Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in food production, poultry, agriculture, or related manufacturing environments.
• Strong skills in operations oversight, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and biosecurity practices in hatchery or poultry operations.
• Ability to maintain production records, analyze basic data, and report operational status to management.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to train, mentor, and support diverse team members.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and capacity to respond to operational issues quickly.
• Comfort working in on-site production settings with rotating or extended shifts, as needed.
• Preferably a diploma or degree in agriculture, animal husbandry, food technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or senior operator role within a hatchery or poultry production facility is an advantage.
