Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Study Abroad Counselor. The counselor will guide students in selecting appropriate study abroad programs and universities, provide personalized counseling, assist with university and visa applications, and conduct consultations and workshops for prospective students and their families. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on global education trends, networking with universities, and ensuring a seamless experience for students throughout the admissions process.

Qualifications
  • Career Counseling and Academic Guidance: Proven ability to provide tailored advice on selecting programs and universities aligned with students goals.
  • Application and Visa Expertise: Experience in overseeing comprehensive university application processes and providing assistance for smooth visa applications.
  • Communication and Consulting Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and their families, including conducting workshops and presentations.
  • Knowledge of Global Education Systems: Familiarity with international universities, programs, and scholarship opportunities in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple student applications, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools: Strong technical skills to maintain and track student records and communication.
  • Relevant qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Humanities, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Prior experience in study abroad counseling or related industries is advantageous.
