Key Responsibilities- Counsel students for study abroad opportunities across UG, Master's, PhD, and scholarship programs
- Evaluate student profiles and suggest relevant and realistic university options
- Guide students through the complete application process
- Support students with SOP direction, documentation, and application strategy
- Handle leads from enquiry to conversion with structured follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing
- Stay updated with admission requirements, visa processes, and country-specific updates
Requirements- Minimum 2+ years of experience in study abroad counselling
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Proven experience in handling student conversions
- Good understanding of major destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Europe, etc.)
- Ability to handle multiple students and deadlines efficiently
- Professional and structured approach to counselling
Preferred Profile- Experience handling quality applications or competitive universities
- Ability to provide profile-based guidance rather than generic suggestions
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
