Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Structural Engineer based in Gurgaon. The Senior Structural Engineer will lead structural design and analysis for façade and fenestration systems, including curtain walls, windows, doors, skylights, canopy, MS structure and cladding, ensuring structural safety, performance, and code compliance. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports, as well as coordinating with architects, project managers, and fabricators to resolve design and execution challenges. The role involves conducting structural assessments, reviewing material selections, supporting performance mock-ups and testing, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Structural Engineer will mentor junior engineers, contribute to process improvement, and support quality assurance and risk mitigation for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Min Education: BE/Btech in Civil & ME/Mtech in structural.
• Strong foundation in structural engineering principles, including analysis and design of steel, aluminum, glass, and composite systems for façades and building envelopes.
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS, RFEM, or equivalent), as well as CAD tools for reviewing and marking up drawings.
• Proven experience in façade and fenestration engineering, including curtain walls, unitized systems, windows, doors, skylights, and related cladding systems.
• Knowledge of relevant local and international codes and standards (e.g., wind load, seismic, structural glass, aluminum design, and building envelope performance requirements).
• Experience in performance analysis, structural and thermal assessments, and collaboration on energy-efficient and sustainable design solutions.
• Ability to review shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and method statements, and to coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and fabricators.
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills, including preparation of calculation notes, technical reports, and design justifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail and safety.
