Job Title: Design Manager

Experience:3–5 Years

Qualification:- Degree / Diploma MECHANICAL or CIVIL Engineering

Location: Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹5.00-6.00 LPA

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Design Manager to oversee and coordinate all design-related activities for our projects. The role involves managing design workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, and actively contributing to design development through AutoCAD and shop drawing submissions. Candidates with prior experience in data center projects will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage overall design coordination across disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP, etc.)
• Prepare, review, and modify drawings using AutoCAD
• Develop and submit detailed shop drawings in line with project requirements
• Coordinate with Revit team to ensure alignment between CAD and BIM models
• Maintain a basic understanding of Revit workflows to support coordination and clash resolution
• Coordinate with consultants,contractors, and internal teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery
• Track design progress and resolve any technical or coordination issues
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines
• Maintain organized documentation of all drawings and revisions
• Support project teams with design-related inputs during execution

Requirements:-

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in design coordination and drafting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory),REVIT, STAAD
• Basic knowledge of Revit workflows
• Strong understanding of shop drawings and construction detailing
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
