Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Structural Engineer to lead a team of structural design engineers and deliver high-quality structural solutions for complex projects. The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, design oversight, project delivery, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of structural engineers to deliver efficient and high-quality design solutions.
• Review and approve structural designs, calculations, and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges and design optimization.
• Oversee structural analysis and design for buildings, foundations, and specialized structures
• Ensure RCC and steel designs meet project specifications, safety, and performance standards
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and project engineers for seamless project execution.
• Manage design timelines and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality control processes for all design deliverables.
• Review structural drawings and documentation prior to submission and executions.
• Provide technical support and resolve structural issues during construction phases.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in structural design and analysis for complex projects.
• Strong expertise in RCC and steel structure design.
• Proven experience in industrial, infrastructure, data center, or large commercial projects.
• Hands-on proficiency in structural design tools such as ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of IS Codes, design standards, and international best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
