Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with strong expertise in high-rise residential and commercial buildings. The candidate should be proficient in ETABS and capable of handling structural design, analysis, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings using ETABS

- Design RCC structures including shear walls, core walls, flat slabs, PT slabs, and foundations

- Ensure compliance with IS Codes, seismic and wind load requirements

- Prepare structural calculations, BOQs, and design reports

- Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and façade teams

- Review structural drawings and shop drawings

- Support construction teams and resolve site issues

- Participate in value engineering and cost optimization

- Ensure adherence to Bangalore local authority norms

Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in ETABS (mandatory)

- Knowledge of SAFE / STAAD Pro

- Understanding of high-rise systems (shear walls, outriggers)

- Familiarity with AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage

Key Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and coordination abilities

- Ability to manage multiple projects

Education:

- M.Tech in Structural Engineering
