Senior Stress Engineer

Role: Stress analysis Engineer - Offshore

Location: Bangalore

Experience : Minimum 3- 10 Years of experience

Required Technical Skill Set:

• Mechanical engineer / Aerospace engineer, with sound knowledge of Structural integrity analysis
• Knowledge on Static (Linear / Non -Linear analysis)
• Knowledge on Dynamic analysis – NMA, Forced response analysis.
• Should have knowledge on Fatigue life calculations (LCF & HCF)
• Knowledge on FBO and Windmilling assessment is preferred.
• Should have min 3 years of working experience in Ansys workbench.
• Should be able to validate the results through classical method / Hand calculations.
• Aerospace/Aero engine domain experience is preferred.
• Working experience on flow control valves is an added advantage
• Knowledge on Python Scripting is added advantage

Must have:

• Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team.
• Interact with the customer and cross functional teams to understand the requirements and propose and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of structural integrity analysis and Fatigue life calculations
• Ability to work effectively with CAE tools like Analysis WB
• Ability to effectively apply continuous improvement methods as a cost saving initiatives.
• valid conclusions & engineering judgements.
• Lead the new development processes
