Role: Stress analysis Engineer - Offshore
Location: Bangalore
Experience : Minimum 3- 10 Years of experience
Required Technical Skill Set:
- Mechanical engineer / Aerospace engineer, with sound knowledge of Structural integrity analysis
- Knowledge on Static (Linear / Non -Linear analysis)
- Knowledge on Dynamic analysis – NMA, Forced response analysis.
- Should have knowledge on Fatigue life calculations (LCF & HCF)
- Knowledge on FBO and Windmilling assessment is preferred.
- Should have min 3 years of working experience in Ansys workbench.
- Should be able to validate the results through classical method / Hand calculations.
- Aerospace/Aero engine domain experience is preferred.
- Working experience on flow control valves is an added advantage
- Knowledge on Python Scripting is added advantage
Must have:
- Work as Technical Lead to groom and guide the team.
- Interact with the customer and cross functional teams to understand the requirements and propose and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of structural integrity analysis and Fatigue life calculations
- Ability to work effectively with CAE tools like Analysis WB
- Ability to effectively apply continuous improvement methods as a cost saving initiatives.
- valid conclusions & engineering judgements.
- Lead the new development processes
