About The Role
We are seeking a high-impact Strategy & Operations professional with good experience to drive portfolio governance, financial rigor, AI value realization, and execution excellence across strategic programs. This role partners closely with Business, Finance, Data & AI teams to translate strategy into funded initiatives with measurable outcomes. Focus on Program Management
Key Role & Responsibilities
Strategy & Operating Model
- Support annual planning, roadmaps, and operating cadence across strategic initiatives
- Translate leadership priorities into executable programs with clear milestones and KPIs
- Build executive-ready materials (dashboards, QBRs, operating reviews)
Business Case Creation & Value Realization
- Lead creation of business cases for Data & AI initiatives including scope, cost, benefits, and timelines
- Define ROI models using standard value levers (cost savings, productivity, revenue uplift, risk reduction)
- Partner with Business & Finance to validate assumptions and secure funding approvals
- Track realized vs planned value across initiatives and highlight gaps
- Maintain portfolio-level value dashboards for leadership consumption
Financial Management
- Own program-level budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis
- Track business cases, ROI, and value realization across initiatives
- Partner with Finance on funding approvals, cross-charges, and cost optimization
- Maintain financial transparency at portfolio level (planned vs actuals)
Program & Portfolio Management
- Drive end-to-end program governance (intake prioritization execution reporting)
- Establish RACI, dependency tracking, risk management, and escalation frameworks
- Run portfolio rituals (weekly ops reviews, monthly leadership updates)
- Ensure delivery discipline across multiple parallel initiatives
AI & Data Literacy Enablement
- Act as a bridge between Business, Finance, and Data/AI teams to ensure shared understanding of use cases
- Translate technical AI concepts into business-impact narratives for leadership
- Drive basic AI & Data literacy across stakeholders (use case framing, value levers, limitations, adoption readiness)
- Support change management and adoption planning for AI-enabled solutions
- Ensure responsible AI practices by embedding governance, transparency, and measurement from day one
Stakeholder Management
- Act as connective tissue between Business, Finance, Technology, and Delivery teams
- Influence without authority and resolve cross-functional friction
- Support leadership decision-making with structured insights
Required Experience & Skills
- 6 to 10 years experience in Strategy, Operations, PMO, or Business Finance
- Strong hands-on experience in:
Program / Portfolio Management
Business case development & ROI modeling
Financial planning, budgeting & tracking
Executive reporting & analytics
- Experience supporting Data / Digital / AI initiatives preferred
- Ability to frame problems in business terms and convert them into funded initiatives
- Excellent structured thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder communication
- Advanced Excel / PowerPoint; exposure to Asana, Jira, Airtable or similar tools is a plus
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced transformation environments
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent business education
- Consulting, transformation office, or enterprise PMO background
- Exposure to Data Platforms, Analytics, or AI programs
- Experience working with global delivery teams
