Business: BFSI

Function: Sales

• Shape and execute region-specific growth strategy across BFSI segments (banks, NBFCs, insurance, corporates)


• Drive a consultative, solution-led sales approach (ratings, risk, analytics, research, advisory)


• Own top-line growth, margins, and regional business sustainability


• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across product lines


• Manage and deepen relationships with CXOs, CFOs, Treasurers, and Risk Heads


• Anchor large, strategic mandates and long-term engagements


• Build regional market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities


• Position the organization as a trusted knowledge/advisory partner


• Lead and mentor a high-caliber sales team across locations


• Drive performance culture, governance, and pipeline discipline


• Work closely with analytical, product, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes

• 12–20 years of experience in BFSI / financial services / ratings / risk / advisory sales


• Strong exposure to institutional selling and strategic account management


• Deep understanding of credit, risk, capital markets, or financial analytics


• Proven track record of managing large regional portfolios and complex deals


• Strong CXO connects within BFSI ecosystem.
