We are looking for a high-performing Business Development professional who knows how to open the right doors, lead sharp conversations, and close high-value deals.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end sales cycle. From lead generation to signed contracts
- Consistent revenue growth through new business closures
- Nurturing Leads & Building and managing a strong pipeline of decision-makers
- Leading discovery, pitch, and negotiation conversations with clarity
- Converting opportunities into proposals and closures with strong ratios
- Protecting pricing, scope, and margins during commercial discussions
- Driving repeat business through long-term client relationships
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across accounts
- Maintaining disciplined CRM and pipeline hygiene
Performance Benchmarks
- 75+ qualified leads per month
- 30+ client meetings or presentations per month
- Strong proposal-to-closure conversion rates
- Weekly and monthly reporting with full ownership
Who You Are
- 5–8 years in business development, in a creative or marketing agency
- Proven closer with a strong track record of revenue contribution
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Skilled at selling ideas, strategy, and creative value in business terms
- Strong communicator who leads conversations, not just participates
- High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management ability
- Disciplined with pipeline, follow-ups, and targets
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment
