TheLuxury Dining teamfocuses exclusively on4-star and 5-star restaurants, premium hospitality groups, and high-end dining brands, driving growth through strategic partnerships and advertising-led monetization.
Role Overview
As aSenior Strategic Account Manager - Luxury Dining, you will manage a portfolio of100+ premium restaurant partners. The role is primarily focused on growing partner GMV through Ads sales, visibility solutions, and strategic account management, rather than new onboarding.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders at luxury restaurants to improve visibility, optimize ad investments, and drive sustained business growth on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
. Manage and grow100+ luxury (4-star & 5-star) restaurant accounts . Build long-term relationships with senior restaurant stakeholders . DriveAds sales and monetizationthrough data-backed pitches . Create monthly growth plans focused on visibility, Ads, and GMV growth . Track and optimize KPIs such as Ads RPO, conversion funnel, AOV, GMV, and denial rates . Benchmark partner performance against competition and recommend actions . Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Sales Ops, Finance) for smooth execution
Ideal Profile
. 2-5 years of experienceinAccount Management, Ads Sales, or B2B Sales . Prior exposure topremium/enterprise clientsis strongly preferred . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics . High ownership mindset and client-facing confidence
