About The Team

Swiggy Dineout is building India's largest dining-out platform, partnering with over 21,000 restaurants across 34 cities. The platform enables diners to discover restaurants across categoriesfrom casual to premium and fine diningwhile offering seamless in-app payments and exclusive offers.

The Luxury Dining team focuses exclusively on 4-star and 5-star restaurants, premium hospitality groups, and high-end dining brands, driving growth through strategic partnerships and advertising-led monetization.

Role Overview

As a Senior Strategic Account Manager Luxury Dining, you will manage a portfolio of 100+ premium restaurant partners. The role is primarily focused on growing partner GMV through Ads sales, visibility solutions, and strategic account management, rather than new onboarding.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders at luxury restaurants to improve visibility, optimize ad investments, and drive sustained business growth on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow 100+ luxury (4-star & 5-star) restaurant accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with senior restaurant stakeholders
  • Drive Ads sales and monetization through data-backed pitches
  • Create monthly growth plans focused on visibility, Ads, and GMV growth
  • Track and optimize KPIs such as Ads RPO, conversion funnel, AOV, GMV, and denial rates
  • Benchmark partner performance against competition and recommend actions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Sales Ops, Finance) for smooth execution

Ideal Profile

  • 25 years of experience in Account Management, Ads Sales, or B2B Sales
  • Prior exposure to premium/enterprise clients is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • High ownership mindset and client-facing confidence
