Senior Store Keeper ( Stores )

Job Description:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet purchase order specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including documentation of stock levels and stock movements.
• Organize and store materials in a clean, safe, and accessible manner within the warehouse or storeroom.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify stock accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and supplies required for operational activities.
• Coordinate with procurement and site teams to manage stock requirements and prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Monitor stock usage trends and assist in forecasting demand for essential items.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of all stored materials.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in storage areas.
• Generate and maintain reports related to inventory, stock status, and goods receipt.
