Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Store Executive to manage store operations, inventory control, material handling, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse/store management, stock reconciliation, and maintaining accurate inventory records while ensuring smooth material movement and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability as per operational requirements.
• Perform regular stock verification, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor inward and outward material movements and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to inventory, stock aging, consumption, shortages, and material movement.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for efficient material flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
• Track slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain proper records in ERP systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
