Strong hands-on expertise with Hitachi Vantara enterprise storage, especially VSP series administration, provisioning, replication, and performance tunin - g.Deep knowledge of SAN technologies including Fibre Channel, zoning, LUN masking, multipathing, ISLs, VSANs, NPIV, and fabric troubleshootin
- g.Experience with Hitachi tools such as Ops Center Administrator, Ops Center Analyzer, Storage Navigator, Device Manager, Command Suite, or equivalent operational tooling depending on platform generatio
- n.Strong understanding of Hitachi replication technologies such as ShadowImage, Thin Image, TrueCopy, and Universal Replicator for local and remote data protectio
- n.Proven experience in capacity planning, utilization trending, performance analysis, and remediation for enterprise storage environment
- s.Strong operational knowledge of firmware upgrades, patching, health checks, incident management, problem management, and ITIL-based change processe
- s.Experience supporting heterogeneous host environments including Linux, Windows, VMware/vSphere, and enterprise application workload
