Job Title: Senior Stock Market Manager – Academic

Department: Academic / Training

Location: Laxmi Nagar, Near Metro Station, Delhi

ICFM – Institute of Career in Financial Market is a growing financial education institute focused on stock market training, career-oriented programs, and financial-market awareness.

We provide practical and industry-oriented learning through structured courses, live market sessions, trading simulations, practical assignments, and experienced faculty.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Stock Market Manager – Academic who can take ownership of academic operations, faculty management, curriculum quality, student learning outcomes, and the overall academic experience.

The Senior Stock Market Manager – Academic will be responsible for managing and strengthening ICFM's academic function across stock-market programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian stock markets, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, derivatives, trading, investment concepts, and financial markets, along with proven experience in academic management, faculty coordination, curriculum development, and student engagement.

The candidate will work closely with management, trainers, faculty, and the student-support team to ensure high-quality and consistent delivery of ICFM's academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academic Management

Take end-to-end ownership of academic operations for stock-market courses.

Ensure smooth and timely delivery of all academic programs.

Develop and maintain academic calendars, batch schedules, and training plans.

Monitor course progress and ensure that the curriculum is completed within the planned timelines.

Establish academic processes, SOPs, and quality standards.

Identify gaps in academic delivery and implement corrective measures.

Ensure consistency in the quality of training across different batches.

2. Faculty & Trainer Management

Manage and coordinate with stock-market trainers and academic faculty.

Allocate trainers/faculty according to batch requirements and expertise.

Monitor trainer performance, attendance, session quality, and student feedback.

Conduct regular reviews with faculty to identify challenges and improvement areas.

Support trainers in preparing session plans, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.

Conduct trainer performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Identify and onboard qualified market professionals/trainers when required.

3. Curriculum Development

Review and continuously improve stock-market course curriculum.

Ensure courses remain relevant to current market practices and industry requirements.

Develop practical and application-oriented learning modules.

Work with trainers to create course materials, presentations, assignments, quizzes, and assessments.

Ensure the right balance between theoretical concepts and practical market learning.

Update curriculum based on changes in financial markets, trading practices, and learner requirements.

5. Student Learning & Academic Experience

Monitor student learning outcomes and academic performance.

Review student feedback and identify recurring academic issues.

Ensure students receive adequate practical exposure and doubt-solving support.

Coordinate workshops, seminars, webinars, trading sessions, and guest lectures.

Develop mechanisms to improve student engagement and course completion.

Work with the CX/student-support team to resolve academic concerns.

Monitor student retention and satisfaction from an academic perspective.

6. Academic Performance & MIS

Define and monitor academic KPIs.

Prepare regular academic performance reports for management.

Track:

Batch performance

Faculty performance

Student attendance

Course completion

Student feedback

Assessment performance

Student retention

Academic complaints

Trainer utilization

Present academic performance and improvement plans to management.

7. Content & Digital Learning

Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop educational content.

Support the development of YouTube videos, webinars, workshops, and educational resources.

Help trainers convert market knowledge into engaging educational content.

Participate in webinars, seminars, and digital learning initiatives when required.

Support development of online learning modules and recorded lectures.

8. Academic Strategy & Growth

Develop strategies to improve the overall academic quality of ICFM.

Identify new course and program opportunities based on market and learner demand.

Support management in launching new stock-market courses.

Benchmark ICFM's academic programs against relevant market and industry standards.

Develop initiatives to improve student outcomes, engagement, and brand credibility.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Indian financial markets and stock-market concepts.

Strong understanding of technical and fundamental analysis.

Practical knowledge of Futures & Options and trading strategies.

Strong academic and training-management experience.

Excellent faculty/trainer management skills.

Ability to simplify complex financial concepts.

Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.

Comfortable working with management, trainers, students, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

NISM certifications will be preferred.

Experience in stock-market training, financial education, FinTech, brokerage, or financial services will be an advantage.

5–8 years of relevant experience in academics, training, financial markets, or academic operations.

Prior experience managing trainers/faculty or an academic team is preferred.

Experience in developing financial-market courses or training programs is an advantage.
