We are seeking a Senior Stibo Step Developer to join our team and contribute to end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules, along with a solid understanding of Product and Customer MDM.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
- Drive Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations across project lifecycles
- Design and configure STEP data models, workflows and related STEP configurations
- Implement workflow design, setup and variant creation to meet business needs
- Set up and maintain STIBO monitoring and reporting functions
- Apply MDM and PIM best practices throughout development activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Product and Customer MDM solutions
- Provide technical guidance on PIM architecture and design decisions
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in software engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical development, configuration and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
- Understanding of Product and Customer MDM
- Showcase of driving multiple Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations with strong exposure to STEP data model, workflows and STEP configurations
- Knowledge of STIBO solution tool functions and out-of-the-box features
- Expertise in workflow design, setup and variant creation
- Familiarity with STIBO monitoring and reporting functions
- Strong knowledge of PIM architecture and design
- Proficiency in MDM and PIM best practices and development
