About the Role
Roastea Cafe is looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Senior Steward / Steward. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and address customer queries.
- Handle billing and POS transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffees, mocktails, shakes, and other beverages as per company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across the outlet.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines at all times.
- Contribute to delivering a positive and memorable guest experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–5 years of experience in Cafes, Restaurants, QSRs, Hotels, or the Hospitality Industry.
- Freshers with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with strong service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
