Senior Sterling Integrator Developer - Lead

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Sterling Integrator development and implementation
• In-depth knowledge of B2B integration concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., EDI, AS2, SFTP, C:D).
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions using Sterling Integrator.
• Strong proficiency in developing and customizing SI maps, business processes, services, and adapters.
• Expertise in data transformation and mapping using various formats, such as XML, EDI, and flat files.
• Proven ability to architect scalable and secure integration solutions, considering performance and fault tolerance.
• Experience with Sterling File Gateway and its integration with Sterling Integrator.
• Solid understanding of integration design patterns, message flow, and error handling mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve complex integration issues.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and support junior team members.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with other integration platforms (e.g., IBM Integration Bus, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
