6+ years of IBM Sterling OMS (v9.x/v10.x) development experience
Experience with IBM Sterling Call Center
Knowledge of IBM CoC Self Service Tool CICD Pipeline
Strong Java/J2EE development experience
Hands-on experience with SOA, XML, REST, JSON
Experience with Eclipse IDE, SoapUI
Experience with relational databases
Sterling OMS implementation and customization experience
