Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage statutory audit assignments in coordination with internal teams and client timelines.
  • Finalize audits and ensure completeness in accordance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, US GAAP).
  • Address all audit objectives and ensure high-quality documentation and compliance.
  • Conduct client meetings, including kick-off, interim status updates, and final review discussions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, working papers, and necessary audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of assignments.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes, accounting standards, and audit best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional certification.
  • [3–5] years of experience in statutory audits, preferably in a Big 4 or mid-sized CA firm.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, Indian GAAP, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple audits and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
