Lead complex technical programs end-to-end, from planning through delivery, independently

Influence roadmap priorities by aligning stakeholders on objectives and outcomes

Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely execution

Facilitate cross-pod collaboration and maintain delivery momentum

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, evaluate alternatives, and structure communication plans

Apply Agile methodologies for iterative delivery, adaptive planning, and continuous improvement

Coach teams on Agile best practices and maintain high Scrum maturity

Track sprint cadence, JIRA hygiene, milestone progress, and analytics reporting

Communicate program updates, decisions, and risks to leadership clearly and visually
