Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and implementation efforts for IBM Cloud Platform Services, contributing to architecture and technical decisions.
Develop highly available, distributed cloud services emphasizing security, scalability, and performance using technologies like Java, Node.js, Golang, Cloudant, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio.
Translate open specifications and RFC documents into design and implementation deliverables.
Identify opportunities to improve frameworks, tools, and workflows, and drive implementation of improvements.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Support remote customer engagements, driving adoption of platform services.
Participate in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and API design for cloud services.
