Project with AMD Data Center GPU Team

We are looking for an experienced System Level Test (SLT) / IVR Engineer to support next-generation AMD Data Center GPU products.

This role focuses on high-power GPU platform validation, integrated voltage regulator (IVR) enablement, power integrity characterization, and low-level system debug from first silicon bring-up through HVM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive SLT validation and IVR enablement for AMD GPU platforms

• Collaborate with silicon, board, power, and platform teams across global sites

• Debug complex power delivery and voltage integrity issues

• Analyze voltage droop, PI behavior, and system-level power management

• Support ASIC bring-up, characterization, and production readiness

• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical initiatives

Preferred Background

• Strong experience in high-power delivery design (>1kW)

• Knowledge of IVR, power integrity, buck/boost converters, capacitors & inductors

• Hands-on debugging with oscilloscopes, analyzers, and lab equipment

• Experience with GPU / HBM / SoC architecture is highly preferred

• Familiar with Windows/Linux environments

• Scripting knowledge in Python / Shell / Perl is a plus

• 8+ years of experience in system validation, product engineering, or power-related development
