Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the efforts for a technical solution on achieving yield and test time targets
- Capable of making technical decisions related to device
- Provide breakthrough solutions for product and test engineering for better output
- Be the owner of productivity targets (yield, test coverage, test time)
- Ramp up new products and rapidly bring-up test yield
- Analyse the root cause for deviation from production targets
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Minimum Bachelor of Science degree on Electrical Engineering and other related courses
- Minimum 7 years of experience on test programs on wafer sort and final test using ATE (Advantest / Ultraflex), background on probecard and loadboard debug and design.
- Knowledge of LAN cable and automotive cable testing is a plus.
