Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field.
Valid RN license and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
Proven experience working in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
Strong clinical skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and computer proficiency.
