Senior Staff Nurse. Nursing Services

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Nursing Services team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of nursing experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in staff training and development programs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license recognized in India.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and patient care protocols.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
