We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-14 years of experience in nursing and will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient health, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Participate in training and mentoring of junior nursing staff and interns.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in India.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Proficient in the use of medical software and electronic health records (EHR).
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and best practices.
