Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for Post Silicon Characterization/Production Test of ARMor RISC-V based micro-controller Automotive SoC products, with mainfocus on Digital IP/Functional Blocks.
- Develop Production Test program for Automotive microcontrollers.
- Demonstrate technical innovation in measurement automation on ATE(V93K preferable)
- Experience in SMT7 & SMT8 is an added plus.
- Perform characterization to analyze device performance andcompliance to datasheet specification.
- Conceptualize, design and implement hardware and automation softwarefor Characterization/ Production Test of Automotive SOCs.
- Work closely with chip design team to debug silicon issues.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- MTech/M.E/MS or B-Tech/B.E in any of the specializations related tothe field of Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI.
- Strong Electrical Circuits Fundamentals.
- 10+ years of relevant experince in Post silicon characterization /Production Test
- Strong troubleshooting & problem solving ability.
- Good Firmware coding & scripting skill.
- Experience in automating characterization using an ATE or NI LabVIEWis a plus.
- Experience in using equipment like Oscilloscopes, Source MeasureUnits, Power Supplies, Functional Generators etc. is a plus.
- Experience in SMT7 & SMT8 is an added plus.
