We're rethinking B2B lead generation from first principles. Think Perplexity for B2B data - turning the numbers game into a quality game. We're early. The foundation is being laid right now, and we're looking for someone to lay it with us.

We are solving a real problem faced by millions of founders, GTM's, Sales representatives and every business that sells. We want to help each business of any size grow and reach to their right potential customers/ partners.

The role

You'll be one of our earliest engineers, building the foundation with full autonomy. This is backend-heavy and ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos and ships fast without cutting corners.

What You'll Do

• Design and scale backend systems (Python, FastAPI, Django)
• Work across distributed systems, task queues (Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Celery, Temporal) and containerized infra (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Build observability and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry)
• Build deterministic and reliable data pipelines at scale for AI agents
• Shape engineering standards, deployment pipelines, and product direction
• Contribute to AI/data features (LLMs, enrichment, scoring)

Who are you

• Strong in Python (or any other modern programming language) with experience building scalable systems
• You've genuinely built distributed systems at scale (pub-sub with a worker doesn't count )
• Strong fundamentals in system design, class design, and clean code - balancing speed and quality
• You use AI agents wisely
• Humble communicator who takes time to understand others and makes your own thinking clear. We're small, so this matters a lot.
• Thrive in early-stage chaos and ship fast without cutting corners
