Job Description
Owns the technical vision, architecture standards, and client advisory relationship for GenAI/agentic engagements. Sets direction and prototypes hands-on, but does not carry day-to-day embedded delivery.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain process and workflow automations with AI team.
- Integrate automations with tools (ticketing, docs, CI, communication).
- Test, document and support automations in use.
- Track adoption and results.
- 5-10 years of software engineering, 3 + year hands-on with LLM-based solutions.
- Python and API integration experience; building automations across tools and systems.
- Strong production grade solutions experience using GEN AI & Agentic AI
- Strong LLM orchestration experience and knowledge with fine tuning.
- Practical use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
- Nice to have: AWS Bedrock; MCP servers; C#/.NET working knowledge.
