Senior Staff Engineer Digital Design

We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer in Digital Design to join our innovative engineering team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital design and will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge semiconductor products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digital design process from concept to implementation for various semiconductor products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and requirements for digital systems.
• Develop and verify RTL designs using SystemVerilog and other relevant design languages.
• Perform synthesis, place and route, and timing analysis to ensure design meets performance targets.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in digital design best practices and methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital design.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in digital design and verification.
• Proficient in RTL design using SystemVerilog or VHDL.
• Strong understanding of digital design concepts, including finite state machines and data path design.
• Experience with simulation tools such as ModelSim or QuestaSim.
• Familiarity with synthesis tools like Synopsys Design Compiler or equivalent.
• Knowledge of FPGA and ASIC design flows and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
