Senior/Staff Engineer - 4G/5G platform

Job Description :

The Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for mobile SOC Kernel to support MediaTek Smartphone and Tablet. He /She is responsible for, 1. System performance and architectural analysis[Power /Performance /Area], including analysis/assess/project/report CPU/MIPS, bus bandwidth, latencies, memory utilization for current and next generation chipsets to meet the product requirements across various subsystems on the modem/SoC. 2. Debug system issues. - find suitable HW/SW solution. 3. Involvement in Pre-Silicon evaluations. 4. Develop automation environment & tools for profiling, validation and debugging. 5. Platform driver development.

Job Requirement:

1. B.TECH in ECE /CSE/ISE with 2-8 years of experience in modem platform development 2. Industry experience with CPU microarchitecture (e.g. ISAs including: ARM, MIPS) and/or coherent caching systems. 3. Experience with computer architecture, system simulation, and performance evaluation. 4. Detailed microarchitecture knowledge of CPU, NoC, Bus, Cache ... Etc 5. Experienced in RTOS principles and concepts, and hands-on experience in any RTOS 6. Proficient in various programming languages including C and Python 7. Good to Have - basic knowledge on LTE / NR Cellular architecture. 8. Good to have knowledge on compiler tool chain - LLVM /GCC. 9. CM Tools usage [Version control] - GIT / Perforce 10. Good communication skills. 11. Able to work proactively and independently.
