We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant(Remote) to manage core accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a US-shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations.
- Perform revenue/sales and balance sheet reconciliations (prepaids, debt, accruals, etc.).
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Handle cash flow tracking, expense management, and basic forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely data flow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready workpapers.
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred (Not Mandatory)
Candidate Requirements
- 710+ years of accounting/finance experience.
- Strong technical accounting background; ability to manage month-end close independently.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working with US clients; knowledge of US GAAP required.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- CA / CPA mandatory.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Work Details
- Shift: 8 AM 5 PM CST (US hours).
- Remote WFH; high-speed internet & power backup required.
