5+ years of professional experience in the required task area , preferably in Information Technology (IT), software engineering or software development including cloud-based solutions and technologies 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator 3+ years of experience with SQL & No-SQL databases
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Experience with open-source RDBMS databases - MySQL, RDS, CloudSQL Experience with No-SQL databases - Elasticsearch, DynamoDB, Experience with Time-series databases - Prometheus Experience with HA & Disaster Recovery Planning & Implementation Experience with Database security Experience or knowledge of Dockers, Containers or Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks, cloud-based access, and security controls Scripting language (bash, Perl, python) Ability to learn and use skills on continuous basis
QUALIFICATION -
