About the Role
This resource will work closely with the GT team to optimize database performance, implement enhancements, and support evolving business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, optimize, and maintain complex SQL database environments supporting the Communications Engine.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database objects.
- Perform database performance tuning and query optimization to improve system efficiency and scalability.
- Support data integration, transformation, and reporting requirements.
- Work directly with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement database solutions.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend architectural improvements.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to database best practices.
Qualifications
- EXP - TEX 9+ yrs; REX 7+ Yrs.
- Location - Noida/Chennai.

Required Skills
- Deep expertise in SQL Server and relational database management systems.
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
- Extensive experience with stored procedures, indexing strategies, execution plans, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, normalization, and data modeling.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and high-volume transactional systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
